Welkom bij de Aan'm de Podcast-app. Door de app te gebruiken ga je akkoord met deze gebruiksvoorwaarden. Lees ze even door — ze houden de app leuk en veilig voor iedereen in de geel-groene familie.
Wie zijn wij?
De app en de podcast worden beheerd door de makers van Aan'm de Podcast ("wij"). Voor vragen over deze voorwaarden kun je contact opnemen via het e-mailadres onderaan deze pagina.
Je account
- Je logt in met Google, Apple of e-mail + wachtwoord. Je bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor je inloggegevens.
- Je geeft correcte gegevens op en gebruikt de app niet namens iemand anders zonder toestemming.
- Je kunt je account op elk moment zelf verwijderen via Meer › Profiel › Account verwijderen.
Gedragsregels & door gebruikers gemaakte inhoud
In de app kun je zelf inhoud plaatsen, zoals forumberichten en reacties, vragen of ideeën voor de show, en GIF's. Voor deze inhoud gelden duidelijke regels.
Er geldt geen enkele tolerantie voor ongepaste inhoud of misbruikend gedrag.
Bij het plaatsen van inhoud ga je ermee akkoord dat je géén inhoud plaatst die:
- beledigend, haatdragend, discriminerend, bedreigend of intimiderend is;
- pornografisch, gewelddadig of anderszins aanstootgevend is;
- spam, oplichting of misleidende informatie bevat;
- inbreuk maakt op rechten van anderen (waaronder auteursrecht en privacy);
- onwettig is of aanzet tot onwettig gedrag.
Moderatie, melden en blokkeren
- Forumberichten worden vooraf door een beheerder beoordeeld en zijn pas zichtbaar na goedkeuring.
- Je kunt ongepaste inhoud melden via de "Melden"-optie bij een bericht.
- Je kunt een gebruiker blokkeren, zodat je diens inhoud niet meer ziet.
- Wij verwijderen gemelde, ongepaste inhoud en kunnen misbruikende gebruikers de toegang ontzeggen — normaal gesproken binnen 24 uur na een melding.
Only Friends, bestellingen en donaties
- Donaties aan de podcast zijn vrijwillig en verlopen buiten de app, via een extern betaalverzoek. Als "Only Friend" krijg je toegang tot enkele extra's in de app.
- Bestellingen in de shop betreffen fysieke artikelen; de afhandeling en betaling regelen we buiten de app met je.
Intellectueel eigendom
De naam, het logo, de vormgeving en de inhoud van de podcast en de app zijn van Aan'm de Podcast. Inhoud die jij plaatst blijft van jou, maar je geeft ons toestemming die binnen de app te tonen.
Aansprakelijkheid
We doen ons best om de app goed te laten werken, maar bieden 'm aan "zoals hij is". We zijn niet aansprakelijk voor schade door het gebruik van de app of door inhoud die door gebruikers is geplaatst.
Beëindiging
Je mag je account op elk moment verwijderen. Wij mogen toegang tot (delen van) de app beperken of beëindigen als je deze voorwaarden overtreedt.
Wijzigingen
We kunnen deze voorwaarden van tijd tot tijd aanpassen. De meest recente versie staat altijd op deze pagina, met bovenaan de datum van de laatste wijziging.

Who are we?
The app and the podcast are managed by the makers of Aan'm de Podcast ("we"). For questions about these terms, you can contact us via the e-mail address at the bottom of this page.
Your account
- You sign in with Google, Apple or e-mail + password. You are responsible for your own login details.
- You provide correct details and do not use the app on someone else's behalf without permission.
- You can delete your account at any time via More › Profile › Delete account.
Conduct & user-generated content
In the app you can post content yourself, such as forum posts and replies, questions or ideas for the show, and GIFs. Clear rules apply to this content.
There is zero tolerance for inappropriate content or abusive behaviour.
By posting content, you agree not to post content that:
- is offensive, hateful, discriminatory, threatening or intimidating;
- is pornographic, violent or otherwise objectionable;
- contains spam, fraud or misleading information;
- infringes the rights of others (including copyright and privacy);
- is unlawful or incites unlawful behaviour.
Moderation, reporting and blocking
- Forum posts are reviewed in advance by an administrator and only become visible after approval.
- You can report inappropriate content via the "Report" option on a post.
- You can block a user, so you no longer see their content.
- We remove reported, inappropriate content and may deny abusive users access — normally within 24 hours of a report.
Only Friends, orders and donations
- Donations to the podcast are voluntary and take place outside the app, via an external payment request. As an "Only Friend" you get access to some extras in the app.
- Shop orders concern physical items; we arrange the handling and payment with you outside the app.
Intellectual property
The name, logo, design and content of the podcast and the app belong to Aan'm de Podcast. Content you post remains yours, but you give us permission to display it within the app.
Liability
We do our best to keep the app working well, but we offer it "as is". We are not liable for damage caused by using the app or by content posted by users.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may limit or end access to (parts of) the app if you breach these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The most recent version is always on this page, with the date of the last change at the top.
